The location here is great, close to Szechenyi Square, and it's right in the heart of the city's historic center.

We enjoyed this charming and tidy place that lived up to our expectations, with a serene setting and friendly staff ready to assist, just a short walk from the city center.

The hotel served as a fantastic base for exploring the historic area, with its convenient proximity to the river, an outside cafe, and the pedestrian area of Gyor. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. - the food at the hotel was exceptional and very appetizing.

The service here was fantastic, and they even have parking available. This place is in a great spot, right by a cozy café on the main street. 🚗

The rooms at Barokk Hotel Promenad were amazing! They were individually decorated and had a cozy vibe. I loved the minibar and LCD TV in the room. The best part was that each room was named after a historical celebrity of Győr, adding a unique touch to our stay. Plus, the private bathroom with a shower was perfect.

Personally, I'm not a fan of flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. But I understand that others might enjoy it.

The staff was really helpful. the place was fairly clean. I appreciated the different room options, especially the top-class twin room with a great view of the historic area. the room had a good air conditioner and very good free WiFi.

Spent Xmas in a small hotel in a walk-friendly historic center. Rooms were spacious and clean, views stunning. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Enjoyed the top bonus of being in a convenient location with many local bars and restaurants nearby. the homemade omelets were the highlight!

Not a super fan of the tiny elevator, but it is not a deal-breaker. the construction noise from the street during the day was a bit bothersome, but we just took advantage of the morning quietness.

Breakfast buffet selection was decent and coffee was good. Room was clean and quiet.

Sadly, we had a pretty terrible experience at this hotel during our Christmas stay. One of the staff members was quite rude and seemed uninterested in helping us.

Lovely historic hotel with clean and tastefully decorated rooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious with made-to-order omelets. Free tea and coffee were available all day. The staff, especially Viktoria, Katalin, and Kristian, were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the old city. The location was perfect, with easy access to main attractions and surrounded by lovely restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, and the parking was convenient and well-priced. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the Rába-Quelle Spa, just a short 600-meter walk from the hotel. The kids loved splashing around in the thermal pools and trying out the exciting water slides. We also took advantage of the bike hire service at the hotel and went for a scenic bike ride around the area. It was the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and spend quality time together as a family.

My children wanted more outdoor play areas for kids.
